Group bookings need one and a half hours and take place in our gym. A booking form must be completed either online or at the gym. You will then be given a confirmation of your booking and further instructions. Sessions are available between 10am and 11.30am on Tuesday and Thursday, and between 3pm and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Saturday sessions may be available on request.
Private Sessions are available between 8 and 9am and 10.30- 11.30am weekdays. All private sessions will depend on the availability of the trainer and are available for Members Only.
